These are the conditions under which we provide service to you and must be accepted prior to completing an order.
Payment is made, either by bank deposit or credit card, when ordering.
When paying by bank deposit please ensure you put your account number in as the reference.
Cylinder rental is charged per month or part month for the number of cylinders you require from the time of initial delivery until cylinders are collected by us, or returned to us. We initially charge one month cylinder rental and then keep you up to date as you order refills.
The LPG cylinders remain the property of Energy Hero.
We currently deliver to Christchurch and Kaiapoi addresses only, specifically the following postcodes: 7630, 7670, 7672, 7676, 7678, 7691, 7692, 8011, 8013, 8014, 8022, 8023, 8024, 8025, 8041, 8051, 8052, 8053, 8061, 8062 and 8083. Sorry, we don't currently deliver to Lyttelton or Sumner addresses. We can also deliver to most of the 8042 postcode. For the 8042 postcode please contact us to confirm your address.
Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
This agreement is made between the person named on the account and Glenstar Energy Limited trading as Energy Hero.
